Inspired by her grandmother who immigrated to Chicago from Ecuador, Lindsey Meza is in her element studying Latinas in Chicago through the Public History program. She holds an internship with the Wild Horse and Burro Program through the Bureau of Land Management and is the president of both the History Graduate Student Association (HGSA) and the Relief Society at her church.

Long-term, Lindsey would like to work in a museum with a specific focus on community-based involvement and engagement.
